Are you helping to raise funds for a charity or organization? Do you have a solid group of individuals who are always willing to help out? Create your very own Fundraising League. Here’s how it works: Choose: your charity, your duration (10, 12, 16 weeks or more), and the day. Fundraising leagues are $10 per person per week for two games of bowling (4 member teams). $5.00 goes to bowling and $5.00 goes to your charity! It’s just that Simple!! Raise even more during your league with 50/50 strike pots!
Fundraiser Punch Passes
Raise as much or as little as you need. Cards include buy one get one free bowling, batting, and miniature golf activities at Sparetime. Sell them for $5 or $10 apiece. Customers will easily get their money back within 2 or 3 punches. A $5 per 50 cards is required to help with printing costs. 50 cards @ $5 per card = $250 - $5 printing fee. You earn $245.00. This Fundraiser works great for groups that are willing to get out and sell.
Pins for Education
We know how every school needs to raise money these days so we have come up with a program where families can have fun and raise money fro their children's school at the same time.

how it works: come to Sparetime Family Fun Center in Roy and buy any number of games of bowling at regular price. Tell us what school you ar bowling for, you teacher's name and your grade. Bowl your games and for every pin you knock down we are going to donate $0.01 to your school. It's that easy! For example: If you buy two games and your scores are 175 and 120 for a total of 295 pins: we'll donate $2.95 to your school! It's that simple!
Plus the grade that earns the most money at the end of the program will receive a free bowling field trip for their entire grade at Sparetime Family Fun Center!
50/50 Party
Raising $1000 in 2-3 weeks easily with a 50/50 party. When a group indicates they need between $300 and $1000, the 50/50 party may be the best and easiest to conduct. They are great for Little League, Parent/Teacher Associations (PTA), Hockey Teams and School Groups. Establish a date, time and prices to be charged and what menu of items will be included at the event.
Example: You want $10.00 from each bowler to cover the cost of bowling. If you see the tickets for $15.00 you make a profit of $5.00 for your organization. An event with 60 participants will make your organization $300,00 not including a raffle which is highly recommended. You will raise an estimated $1000 when you factor in a raffle and auction to your event.
Bowl-A-Thon
Raise up to $20,000 in just 6 - 8 weeks with a BOWL-A-Thon.
When a group or organization wants to raise $3000, $5000, or $20000 or more, the best format is the Bowl-A-Thon. It will only work with organizations that have lots of movers and shakers. A Bowl-A-Thon is where individuals get pledges from family, friends and co-workers to support their cause. Typically in a Bowl-A-Thon, the average amount of pledges per person is over %50. But remember, 30% of participants will bring you 70% of your money.

Want to hit $20,000 - Enhance your raffle prizes and auction. Increase the minimum need to participate to $75.00 or $100. Sell lane sponsors for $125.00 or more. You could really raise well over $20,000 in an afternoon with the right team.
Lane Sponsorship
If you have a lot of companies that would like to participate simply sell Lane Sponsors. The CORPPORATE LANE SELL can be used in conjunction with any type of fundraiser or independent. The way it works is committee members sell lanes to corporations and the corporation can send 6 of their employees out to represent the company. The corporation gets a tax receipt and gets to reward 6 employees for their hard work. Ordinarily, corporate lanes sells are sold for $100, $200, $500 and even $1000. A fundraiser with 12 lanes can make an extra $6,000 for their cause. (12 lanes at $500= $6000)
Lane Sponsors can bring incremental revenue to any event as we noted but they can also bring in corporate teams that aren't interested in collecting pledges.
Lane Sponsorship is a great way for companies to reward there staff and this is why they like it so much.
You don't have to sell all lanes to Lanes Sponsors, even if your event is only 8 lanes and you sell (2) Lanes Sponsors this is incremental revenue. |
